                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
                   FINANCE OFFICER TO EXECUTE AND ATTEST,
                   RESPECTIVELY, AN AGREEMENT WITH CONSOLIDATED
                   TECHNOLOGIES, INC., ENGINEERING CONSULTANTS,
                   RELATIVE TO ENGINEERING SERVICES ON CONTRACT
                   NOS. 37A1, UPGRADE AND EXPANSION OF THE
                   SOUTH CHICKAMAUGA CREEK PUMPING STATION,
                   37A1a, PARALLEL FORCE MAIN FROM THE SOUTH
                   CHICKAMAUGA CREEK PUMPING STATION, AND 37D3,
                   UPPER AMNICOLA PARALLEL INTERCEPTOR, AT A
                   COST NOT TO EXCEED THIRTEEN THOUSAND THREE
                   HUNDRED AND NO/100 DOLLARS ($13,300.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Mayor and City Finance Officer 
be
       and are hereby authorized to execute and attest, respectively, an 

       Agreement with Consolidated Technologies, Inc., Engineering
       Consultants, relative to engineering services on Contract Nos.
       37A1, Upgrade and Expansion of the South Chickamauga Creek 
Pumping
       Station, 37A1a, Parallel Force Main from the South Chickamauga
       Creek Pumping Station, and 37D3, Upper Amnicola Parallel
       Interceptor, at a cost not to exceed $13,300.00.
